Terms of use

The service

Daylight Arcade is a catalogue of casual browser games and notes about them. The site is free, has no paid tiers and is provided as is, without guarantees of availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

The profile demo

The Profile and Login panel is a demonstration, not a working account system. Anything typed into it is never transmitted anywhere, no account is created and no credentials are stored on the server; a placeholder session is kept in the browser tab and disappears when the tab is closed.

Third-party games

The games remain the property of their authors. The catalogue describes and links to them; it does not claim ownership, and it is not responsible for their content, updates or availability. If a game's author wants an entry removed, a message to the contact address is enough.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt the site or overload the server.
• Do not copy the site wholesale and republish it as your own catalogue.
• Do not use the catalogue for scraping at a rate that affects other visitors.

Changes

Entries are added and removed as games change. These terms may be updated as well; the current version is always on this page.
